How to Access or Edit Your Personal Medical Résumé Documents
All the documents can be edited and customized. They reside in a folder in an accessible Google Drive, in Google format.
- You may download these files or copy/paste them into any program you prefer.
- In the folder, Right Click and choose Download, to download to your computer into your program of choice (Word/Excel, Apple docs.)
- Open directly in the Google drive folder, copy and then paste into your own Google Drive.
- Type your own information into the editable fields directly.
- Include all relevant medical information on each page.
- For Your Personal Résumé Cover, enter your name and date. Then follow the Table of Contents to compile your complete Personal Medical Résumé. I like to keep mine in a clear cover folder, with each page in a clear sheet protector. That makes it easy to switch out pages when you update.
- Make several copies in binders (or stapled) and place them in your Go Bag, your car, your spouse’s car, and with your advocates. That way, you will always find it in an emergency.
Feel free to customize these pages and information to suit your own medical needs.
Wishing you good health and congratulations on taking such an important step to being safe and prepared!
